I have a 2009 Passat CC and have lost the locking wheel nut

Any ideas how I can trace the code for the original and/or get a replacement? I tried VW but they're were not very helpful at all! It is the original wheel nut that came with the car from factory...

Anyone got any pics of a double din headunit in their Passat CC or similar?

Just want to get an idea of the difference between the standard kit and the aftermarket units

In a Passat CC dude, the feedback is good on this model but still not sure on the functionality etc.

Plus I sent them a few questions and they replied with some random sh*t

Thinking about it, I already have an audiocontrol unit in the cupboard from the B5, will have to pull this out and see if it would work with the standard headunit!

Like the look of this - you got one? What you using as the input from the headunit?

I've just bought a Passat CC and have the RCD510 headunit as standard, which I am really impressed with. However, I have an itch to move my old sub and amp into the CC, which would ideally mean upgrading the headunit to something with a dedicated pre-out. Does anyone know if the RNS510 has a pre-out...

Yes run a fault code scan and had nothing. Am going to run it over the weekend to see if there is any improvement, then back to the garage to check lambda etc on Monday

Simple question - where can I find my 02 sensor? I have a B5 1.8T. I've been told that I need to unplug it and go for a drive, to see if the performance changes.

My B5 1.8T has been suffering from power loss issues for a few weeks now. It's an intermittent problem, but has been becoming more common over the past week or so. It's been run on vag.com with no fault codes. It just seems to be running fine, but then all of sudden develops a misfire type feeling, ...

The only main modifications that could cause running issues would be the induction kit (which has been on the car for around 2 years) and a remap (which again I've had for 2 years). I've been told that the MAF may need replacing (as this sometimes doesn't come up with error codes), so I may go ahead...

No error codes at all (apart from temperature sensor). Wouldn't problems with the CAT give an error code?

If it wasn't the CAT, I was suspecting a faulty coil pack, but surely that would give an error code too?

Any thoughts peops?????....

Is it easy to remove and replace the standard gearknob from a B5? I've scuffed mine and need to replace so was thinking about an aftermarket one, but not sure about fitment etc
