I've got AP coilovers... if anything I'll buu some Apex springs and billy b4s for the front and keep the rear dampers. Cheers bud

My rear silencer fell off So took it off completely ready for it to be replaced with just pipe on saturday Even without the rear box its quieter than when it was blowing :hyst I had some pipe welded in to replace the rear silencer. They're all the same bud, think the ones I've got are off a b5 saloon on a b5.5, just have to use some self tappers to screw them in to the plastic!

i used vinyl spray from car dip uk, much more cheaper than the ripoff plastidip and exactly the same product. I love the finish on mine its gunmetal matte, I'll put some pics up tomorrow after work for you ! Have you got some pictures bud, Gun metal is a colour I am considering Sent from my GT-I930...

Nice one bud, my mates got the proper kit to do it so it'd just be a case of buying some paint and prepping the wheels. It'll be getting a lot of coats as I want it to last

Has anyone plastidipped wheels?

My mates have all the gear to do it and the paint is cheap. Just wondering what it finished like?

My mates got a 312mm set up on his mk1 Jetta that he is selling, just wondering of it'll swap straight onto mine or not?

Gut the cat (but leave it in situe) and then replace the back box with a piece of pipe. Mines got a nice tone to it, quiet when cruising but has a nice bassey rumble to it when accelerating etc
