If so (mine was a tdi so I'm not sure if it's gonna be the same) it was an absolute pain to get at but I used a long and short extension bar and a universal fitting (for g...

Re: Are these roof bars worth anything?

I just ordered some spare keys for them so I'm gonna tidy em up a bit (they're a bit scratched on the plastic end caps/lock surrounds) and get em up for sale so if anyone is interested let me know, when the keys turn up and I work out a price I'll start a proper for sale thread Sent from my GT-I9300...

Are these roof bars worth anything?

I have a pair of Thule roof bars to fit cars with roof rails, they have a bit of scraping on the end caps and don't have any keys, the locks have the key number engraved into them so can be ordered from caravan/camping shops or directly from thule or you can just buy a full new set of locks with key...

Re: Thread on turbine housing knackered - help

What about something like this? Just had a quick look so probably not the right size but would this work and withstand the heat/stay in place? I can't see it slipping out as they are steel anchors and when a bolt is screwed in it spreads out at the bottom can anyone think of a reason it wouldn't wor...
