My friend has some 18's he took off his mitsubishi lancer, pcd is 5x 114.3, I know a passat b5.5 pcd is 5 X 112, is this close enough or does it need to be bang on?

Just had a look at the setup on ther board unfortunately the word F E E D B A C K starts with F and finishes with CK. The board is set up to look for words that begin with F and end in CK and replace them. If you need to use the word F E E D B A C K then use two words feed back, Karl. lol no probs,...

your best place to start is have the car fault coded you will most likly get a fault called 'charge pressure negative devation' i have no idea directly what it means but normaly the car overboost when under big load causing the car to go into limp mode which as you say resets when you switch it off...
