Is it possible to get spring compressors in there so it doesn't all explode when you release top shock bolt on fronts

Has any one done a shopping list type thing. I'm a. Comptent mechanic but wouldn't know where and what to get the bits etc. As love the idea of buying few bits at a time

The bootom lights have same bulb as it doubles as fog bulb doesn't it?
