so you're concentrating on the bolt removal and not the bit that pushes the arms out of the housing? fair play to you, you could make a killing on this.. I'd be interested to know if they have a patent gonna try and make it do the same, still have to add the bits that push the arms out and the bit ...

I had this... the fuse for this is behind the panel in which the headlight switch is in. to remove the switch you just push the knob in and turn it, not sure which way .then remove the panel. the fuse is well tucked away and a bit of a job to get out.

:grin: lol the main blocks rough machined and the cut outs where it fits over the ball joints are done gonna take my wheel off in the morning and check the fit and carry on when im back in work next week. Still need to make the screw barrel and cap nut that pushs the pins, this will have to be a fin...

If you watch the vid it pushes the bolt out, then if there tight pushes up the swivels.

Tool

Thanks for the replys, think I shall just "remind" them that its 4 wheel drive before I hand it over..the people in the place I shall take it to seem pretty switched on so im sure it will be fine.

Got my MOT coming up at the end of may,do all MOt stations do 4 wheel drive and is it worth warning them that it is, because I would be mortified if they wrecked the transmision.

I use the next gen shampoo and there gold class and wouldnt use anything else. stick to the dilution ratios cause a little gos a long way. The forum on there uk website is worth a vist too.
