Happy with the MPG on mine (1.6) - low of 53, highest of 69 using brim to brim method. Most are between 55 and 58 in my daily use - mostly suburban with some bypass driving - usually 55-65 MPH max due to traffic. Tank range has only been under 800 miles once and has nudged 850+ on a couple of times ...

To clarify the symptom is that the spare doesn't lock/unlock at all (new battery, red light flashes on the key).

The same spare works when inserted into the key slot - radio, instruments etc. all turn on, engine starts fine.

Hi,

I thought the spare key battery had gone so I replaced it but it now no longer locks or unlocks the doors.

Maybe it just needs coding, is there a simple process to do this ?
