I had the air con on when the car was stood, the fans weren't moving. Even whilst driving I wouldn't say it got cold.

Hello I have a 2008 2.0tdi highline but the Air con doesn't get cold. It's standard a/c I believe, the light comes on when I press for it but no cold air. There is a hissing noise too from the vents. Also the two fans in the engine bay appear to not be running. There is pressure in the system, altho...
