They look like they clamp down on the plastic around the mirror....... Don't they snap / break the mirror?

I have got a B7 estate that is going to tow a caravan (not yet bought) and was looking for some advice on the best wing mirror extensions to use and how they fit?

Not sure if anyone is interested but if you have Sonos (and you should as its amazing) then you can now add your Apple Music account to it

Me too……… only 2 weeks old (to me) and I got home tonight to the smell of hot rubber and it's a cold night! also I couldn't open the bonnet!!!

I take it you mean it does 35mpg on the motorway while towing? lol

Has any one had there 2.0l TDI Bluemotion Re Mapped? Mine is 140 bhp and is fine but we are getting a caravan and I'm not sure how well it will tow.

Is it worth doing? does it cause any issues? what did the insurance say?

I have a B7 estate SE with a RCD310, in the glove box there is a multi media box………. It came with an Apple 30 pin dongle and a USB dongle, does anyone know what functionality I will get with my iPhone 6 (USB to lightning) or would I need to buy the multi media to lightning dongle? Or do people...

Got quoted £305 for the removable tow bar and £130 for fitting with the 13 pin dedicated kit £435 total

I have JUST bought a B7 Estate (only driven it twice!!!) so am very new to the forum so I hit "mark all as read" then keep checking back every so often to have a poke around

PS Does B7 mean its an estate? or is that just the shape / year?
