Just had the cam belt done on my 06 b6 wagon, they did a free health check which pointed out that i need a new front shocker which is weeping and nsf cv boot, when i bought the car back in aug 09 i got a yrs warrenty from the garage which they said would cover the same as what the original vw warren...

my 06 b6 wagon has got full service history upto now, when would the pollen, air fiter likely to have been changed, ive been advised by vw that the air filter should be changed every 40,000 miles and the pollen every 2 yrs!! the car is 4 yrs old with 76,000 on the clock when is it due new filters?? ...

the book will be stamped so it will have a full guarentee for parts and labour, not sure for how long, how long do most garages give warrenty for???

cheers guys thats a great help, there was another way that ive read about, if the headphone socket on the laptop is (s/pdif) then it could be connected up using the hdtv connector on the back of the tv and the 3 3.5 jacks on the front of the laptop, which would then give 100% hdtv?????

Just rang my local VW dealer they have an offer on a present for a cambelt change parts and labour for £325.00 if anyone needs one!!!
My b6 wagon requires one in march, the offer runs until the end of march so that sounds pretty good to me!!
