Re: CAB HEATER VIBRATION, RANDOM CIRCUMSTANCES
Hi Smoky Managed to resolve the problem, it was indeed ther flap motor, half way through the opening and closing it was catching on part of a wiring harness which was hanging down, not enough to stop it completly but enough to cause a restiction that over time has worn the teeth down in the motor. ...

Re: RCD310
You can check your module number, if the last letter is E (I think is can't remember) or higher you be fine, radio is straight swap so no problem there, if you need to change a module anyone with vcds can do it.

Re: power windows c/l and mirror indicators not working
Sorry misread your post, did you check all fuses, there is couple of fuses that are for multifunciton control module in engine compartment, not sure if any of them actually related to door modules but worth a check. Very strange that you cleared the fault and the other things stopped working.

Re: power windows c/l and mirror indicators not working
Hi
First of all first time I hear that coolant pump show fault code so I can't understand what error fault you cleared, you will need vcds to scan the car and report back.

Re: Drl via fog lights
Fog lights are little or no use at all in the fog. It's not like you can't be seen with just dipped beam on. For that reason I fitted LED bulbs to match the bi-xenons on my Amarok and wired them to main beam. Then don't shed any more light on the road, but I think they look good when flashed. In yo...

Re: CAB HEATER VIBRATION, RANDOM CIRCUMSTANCES
Do you have climatronic fitted in your model? if yes when you put your car in reverse you will hear flap moving to stop sucking air from outside so you don't get fumes from engine inside cab, your fan motor bearing can just be worn out like mine was, first it would squeal then rumbling sort of noise...

Re: Drl via fog lights
This option although available in the coding occasionally may not work for 2005 or 2006 cars. It is known for the ECU to fail to accept or write a new code first time out but does after a few tries. Original fog lights should be fitted as after market or non OE ones may not work for drl. If I recal...
