As per the subject, my wing mirrors glass bit fell out onto the road while waiting at some traffic lights. the part hte glass sticks to is still intact.
My car has heated wing mirrors.
Would i need to get a whole module including the heater bit, or can i just replace the glass?

Window cleaning
Need advice on the best way to clean my cars windows.
The inside of the screen was a bit mucky so i tried to clean it. Now it is full of streaks and just looks worse than before i touched it.
What cleaner should i use?
Should i use a cloth? Been told to use old newspaper

Drivers side window regualtor
My drivers side window regulator broke this week.
Looked into replacing it, but it looked very complicated.
Got it done at a garage and got charged £115. Have i been over charged?
Was initialy given an estimate of £90, got a feeling they may have broken something and added the cost to the bill

Service pages in service book
Hi all,
I have run out of the service record pages in my service book for my 2003 Passat.
Does anybody have a scan of a blank page so, i can print it off?
I don't want to goto to dealers and pay silly money for a new service book, when all i need is a page.

2003 19TDi Reving itself
My Passat sometimes revs itself a little above the first rev mark. It last a couple of minutes then goes back to idle.
There are no problems with the performance of the car.
Anybody expreienced this?

Re: Wet carpet, off side rear (behind drivers seat)
I had the same problem. Under your battery, there 2 drain holes for rain water. If they get blocked the water overflows and finds a way into the car and somehow to the rear foot well behind the driver. In order to get to them, you have to remove the battery and its cradle and feel under. It might be...
