Re: Sagging roof lining.

This member may have some good advice too - he did an excellent job on his headlining: Been a while since I've done anything to the 'loon except getting it through the MOT (set of rear shocks and it sailed through). Finally got around to lining the headliner and a/b/c pillars. Absolute pain in the b...

Re: Drivers window replacement

I got locked out with the engine running and my spare was miles away about two years ago. You have had a much worse time than me. After that,I got a key cut cheaply that will just open the car and have hidden it safely out of sight on the rear of my vehicle. I didn't get the fully programmed key etc...

Re: 1.8t poor mpg?

I had the same car -lovely drive but woeful fuel economy.
I grudgingly swapped it for a six speed 130bhp b5.5 tdi estate. Now average around 43mpg - but for me the five speed 1.8T was a much better all round car to drive.

Cam belt & Water Pump for 2002 six speed B5.5?

Looking for the best deal on a decent replacement Cam belt & Water Pump for 2002 130bhp six speed B5.5 estate?

My mechanic will fit the above if I supply him the parts.
Any good recommendations appreciated for sourcing all of the above plus any pulleys/tensioners etc?

Cheers

Anyone ever slept/camped in Passat Estate?

I don't have a tent.Main priority is just to be warm and dryfor a night or two . I have a roofbox to store any gear I'm taking so I ca...

Played the first track.I enjoyed it thanks.

Here's one I recorded.
Its not my usual style as I play guitar - but I decided to record it to annoy my wife as she said all my music sounded 'the same'!!
