If you move the lever in the back of the light you get a flat beam which is fine for driving in Europe, I've never had a problem with this in France

No codes did the vcds light and just did it again with my mates scanner nothing found!!!
I'm assuming that it was limp home because it was fine after switching off and back on.

I had similar problems with mine. Had the plugs cleaned up but it still continued to play up.
Did a scan and had a lot of codes from where I had it in bits, cleared the codes and its now fine!!!
Makes no sense to me at all.

Mine tops out at 70 in limphome.

Had this happen once the other week. Up shifting at 3k having a bit of a race! Poured a can of BG44K in the tank, and I can't get it to do it again when trying to aggravate it to limp home.

I decided to take it to the local garage in the next village he's an old boy very good at his job and helped me out with the E30 before and I'd like to have someone just check it over. Think you might get an emissions light up if you delete on an 05! Can it be removed with vagcom ect?

Guys bulb led ??????? if I knew what it was I'd get one and solder it in hence the question, might not be a led due to dimming function driven from the dash controll.
