removing evidence of dogs - hairs etc

I hope i am posting in the right section, if not i appologise and could a mod move it to the correct section.

i have recently purchased a passat estate which the previous owner used to transport the family dog, the car is very clean but does have dog hairs on the seats and in the boot, can anybody recommend a way of removing the hairs, i realise a good hoover will be a help, but is there any other techinques i could use?

would it be easier to source a new interior?

any help greatly appreciated.
