Technical issues with GT Infotainment

Had my B8 for 6 weeks. Its been to France and back and is great on the road. However anyone able to shed any light on these issues I'm having... Dealer is useless-

Clock only keeps time if linked to GPS otherwise over night it loses between 2 and 20 minutes. On switching on occasionally there is no sound. The answer is to switch the infotainment off and on again. Also everyday the trip and distance since refuel etc all return to zero. None of these are major issues but they are staring to wind me up. Dealer had it for two days last week said they found the clock issue, but nothing else and there should be a software update... eventually!

I don't think this is really good enough and it is the first time I've ever had an issue with a VW and between me and my son its our fifth VW..... Not very amused!!
