I have had my 150 GT Estate DSG since June and have now covered 20k miles.
over the last few thousand miles it has developed a strange noise at around 1k rpm when moving along in traffic.
It's a little hard to describe but here are the things I have Noticed.
Car has to be at normal operating temp.
DSG gearbox has to be warm.
Car has to be in D
It happens most when you have been driving down the motorway and slow down for a traffic Q.
as you move along in traffic the car idles at around 1k rpm and has a very audible hum/vibration from the engine compartment.
Anyone else had anything similar?
