Buying tyres online

I've always used www.mytyres.co.uk for tyres but this time I decided to use Ebay for some, bought them last Thursday, paid immediately to save any delay. Seller never dispatched them till Monday with a supposed 48 hr courier. The tyres have gone from Preston to Coventry and now they are in???? BELFAST, WHAT THE??? Must be the most incompetent courier ever, I stay in Scotland, it's north, over the border, not south or over the Irish Sea, still haven't arrived, zero communications from seller, very poor indeed.
