Bye Bye Passat

Well, i finally lost all faith with the Passat.
It's been 35K of generally comfortable motoring over the last 18 months, but I could no longer live with the leaking footwell/wet carpets which despite having vast amounts of informed knowledge thrown at it, confounded me and the mechanics.
So the old barge was cut loose the other week.
In her place sits a new Teutonic Mistress and she's far sterner.

My bum is going to get cold in winter, as it doesn't have heated leather seats, and the bluetooth system frequently will not take the phone's sat nav instructions, despite happily streaming bluetooth audio (and I did have it working at one point). Not sure if it's the sat nav app or the car.

I may have to call the car 'Merkel' due to it's stern look and unwillingness to completely entertain my gear change wishes.....
