B6 brake & indicator LED bulbs.

A mate of mine has just purchased a B6 (Never asked me or I'd have said buy something else) digressing here....I noticed on looking at it some of the LED bulbs on the rear of the car Indicators & Brakes have burnt out. So now when it indicates you can see bits missing & for the indicators not a full circle. So question is. Can these just be individually replaced or is it a full rear holder renewal? I don't want change to this or change to that. Just a simple yes or no will be good on if they can individually be replaced like for like & bulb name so I can pass on so he can search where to buy) Here is one so you know what I'm taking about.
