Hot tunning made me cross

ordered a set of coilovers and delivery said it would be 4-7 working days, paid up, ready and waiting for my new bits to play with nothing as yet 2 weeks later, got in touch with them and got the news that the courier had damaged the box lost loads of bits out of it and they dont have anymore until 12/7/2011, gutted and the communication betwen me and hottunning not been very good they are very slow replying to me
