PORSCHE WHEELS ON B5?

Hi, am looking at putting a set of Porsche Wheels on our 98 B5 saloon. The wheels that I have enquired about are Porsche Cayenne wheels and are 18 inch with an offset of 57. Can anyone tell me please if they will fit? I know I need adaptors but was wondering about the spacing and wheel arches etc. Thanks Seb
