B4 Wagon with UKP sticker

Spotted a B4 dark blue wagon with green wheels (at least O/S rear was) in the KFC in Metzway Gloucester.
Had a UKP sticker in the window, was the curvier type font one. reg was NBG or BGN or something like that...
the mrs was trying to talking at the time....
