Funny Noise from the engine... 1Z TDi

My TDi seems to have acquired a not so nice noise recently, i have been doing a high mileage in it.

Its a sound like a dry bearing, not a rumble, but towards that.
Its coming from the engine, using the screwdriver to ear trick, and moving my ear around the engine, i would say its more from the diesel pump area. Buts its quite hard to hear with the noisy engine running!
But it seems its not from the alternator or power steering pump at a first glance. When first started from cold, it takes a minute or two for the noise to appear.

I know this is vague, but its all i know. Do the diesel pumps have a bearing that could get like this? The car is regularly serviced, and the engine seems fine running. Its done 195k

Pop the power steering belt and the auxiliary drive belt off and run too see if it goes i imagine. How do these come off?
