My Insurance is due for renewal On 16th March and my Elephant renewal came through today, so i decided to use it to call around the Forum Sponsor insurance companys to see what i could get 
Third call then, Chris Knott
Called the number, and then waited in Queue position 1 for what seemed like Ages compared to others, perhaps a reflection on company size/call volume? Or perhaps a sign of things to come??
Spoke to Gordon, Initially It was like phone any other insurer, got the feeling of it being rushed through, in an attempt to get a price and move one etc. but he was honest and helpful after the price came through.
The Price then, well, i didn't get one to be precise, i was just told he could get close, it would be over £600, which i respected the out right honesty, none of this 'well the policy includes........ blah blah......... and for that it will be £620' mumbo jumbo, just a clear quick indication that he couldn't compete.
All in all mixed experience, gloomy like normal to start, followed up by honesty and clarity to finish
Verdict- Would have made no difference if i didn't call, your situation maybe difference, but i think you'll notice your talking to a bigger company here, it was just missing that personal touch i got from the others.
