Auto level sensor for xenon's

Hi
I new here so fist i will say Hey to all forum users . I bought second hand lights from passat w8 and I already replaced my once . The problem having now is that when I'm trying change light level it doesn't work ( was working on previous lights ) . I have done some search in others forums and all says that it wont be worked till i will install all sensors etc . How to do it ? what do i need or where i can do it in SW London ? . I wish to stay with normal regulation because I'm traveling a lot in Europe . Thanks for all your help .
