(V6) Front Fan Permanently Running (& slight wobble)

Here come all the questions... can you tell I'm a new Passat owner??? LOL

Any V6 owner notice their front fan running permanently? Mine does, wasn't sure if there's an underlying issue here?

Also, I noticed that the front main fan has a slight wobble to it, which is a little disturbing because I had trouble like this with my Beemer which ended up with a snapped belt and no steering/cooling etc.

I presume it's meant to rotate perfectly straight? No signs of fouling on the belt, the wobble it very marginal.
