pinch bolt removal - the nut and half the thread has sheared

any ideas lads? as its not safe to drive like this

plan is to drill out the threaded end, and try and punch it out,

or

try and unscrew the thread from the other end?

is there any other way other than heating the bolt and ruining perfectly good control arms?
