Bought my 130 Sport TDI back in September, was fine for about a month and had nothing but trouble ever since! Anyway - I think I may have a timing issue (it's just another thing to eliminate from the tests). The cambelt has recently been done (I bought the proper Draper tool to keep in locked in the correct position). The work has been carried out by my father who's been a mechanic for 35 years so I know it's been carried out professionally and properly.
I've plugged in Modis to read the timing (BTDC) and it's showing -1.2. Is this within tolerence or too far out? I would appreciate your help please!
