Guys, I have an issue with my bonnet latch, it is not keeping the bonnet closed. I have checked the latch itself and it would appear the cable is too tight, as the lever in the latch is partly depressed all the time. Where can I look for the cable being too tight? I've looked along the cable, and there is one area where it is frayed and rusting slightly, but nothing else.
At the moment my bonnet is held down with duck tape, as I don't fully trust the secondary latch to hold it all the time!
