I have a '98 Passat, 1.8l 20v, engine code ADR. I need to replace the dipstick as the guide funnel has all but disintegrated. I have the part on order from my local dealer but I cannot find anything on how to actually replace this part. With the dipstick being located between the inlet manifold this makes it difficult to see just how to remove the old part and fit the new.
Has anyone here done this before and if so, how?
