interior questions, please help!

hi all, i would like to change the interior of my 1998 S reg B5 passat, what options do i have?
i'd like leather, and to keep the seat airbags for obvious reasons, its got manually adjustable seats so what donor vehicle do i need to be searching for?

also how do i tell if its a sport model?

one last thing! i have a 4 spoke steering wheel, is it possible to change to a 3 spoke which i believe is from a 4 motion?
