Faulty electrics CCM?

Had my passat for a bit now and starting to get a few faults.

Rear O/S door wont unlock at times
Drivers window just stoped working for no reason
Boot lock not working on the C/L (never has since ive had the car)
Elec mirrors dont work as they should. If i adj the drivers the other one moves too.

Before i start to lift up the carpets and look at the ccm could it be something else?

I have cleaned out the drain holes last year as they were well blocked. The car will also have condensation on the inside the windscreen at times but not had this for ages.
