whats wrong with my car + eibach springs?

Hi, i recently bought eibach 30mm springs for my 03 estate and when i fitted them, the car sat 20mm lower at the front and 50mm at the rear. Took them back to my dealer and eibach sent out another kit for me to try, but the exact same thing happened. Eibach then tested both kits and all was fine, they said they even fitted them to an employees car and sat proper. Now ive my money back and original springs back in and it sits even at the original height. Car is a.basic pd100 trendline. Anyone help me because im going to try a different brand, but dont want the same thing hqppen
