Lower rear arms bolts!!

Hi all,

Attempted to replace the lower front and rear arms, along with the C link. ALL bolts loosened no problems and one ball joint was hard to crack - getting a proper ball joint tool helped. However, how the h3ll do you remove the rear back bolts.. they;re too long to just slide out.

Im told and read on here that you can drop the subframe... but i dont really want to have to do that.. nor fully know how. Apparently there is another way to do it?

IF i was to drop the subframe can someone please go through the procedure?
