clunky brakes

Hiya
I replaced my brakes about 6 weeks ago, but 3 weeks ago I get a clunk clunk (left, then right) whenever I apply the brake pedal.
I thought it was my control arms initially, but ive replaced the left side, and it stopped for a day, and now its clunking again.
Any idea what it could be?
