My car is approaching 180k and I'm thinking it will need its 3rd belt change. Last time it was done at VW but now I want to get it done cheaply as the car is getting on and not worth spending fortunes on.

I know a few names get thrown around on here for people who do this job. Also, would I need to do the damper again or just belt and tensioners?
