Knocking, clunking, twitched steering wheel

Pick your brains time, gents.

Driving along at 70 for a few miles.

Notice rhythmic vibrations coming through the steering wheel and the chassis.

It increases over a few seconds until it sounds and feels like the front N/S wheel is about to fall off. Thudding thud slows with the wheels slowing.

Accelerating hard removes nearly all noise and vibrating thud.

Turning left at low speeds causes the noise of flapping, really loud banging stressed metal, turning right is okay.

Decided to test early on sunday morning around my street. No noise or any vibrations.

ETA: The steering wheel at any speed over 10mph, shot from side to side constantly and the car was constantly pulling to the right.

The suspension arms are less than 10 months old, springs are intact and the suspension top mount is secure.

Pushing the N/S wheel from the top caused a brittle/thin/hot metalic noise, similar to the ping you hear on the brake dust covers.

Any ideas please? ^:)^
