ESP warning light

Hi Fellas,
My ESP light has come on, (the yellow one) it is static and goes off if I pump the brake pedal and hold it when starting, but it comes on as soon as I release the brake pedal, I dont notice any issues with braking, in fact were it not for the light I wouldn't notice anything at all under normal driving conditions.
I plugged VCDS in and it shows ABS pressure drop, I'm I right in guessing the ABS pump might be failing? and am I also right in guessing it is a VW dealer fix
