Couple of wheel issues

Evening all.

Couple of quick ones, first off when turning left round a corner, i get a grinding sound but nothing when turning left. I had a quick look around the suspension arms etc and checked the disks, disk guard and all seems well, would i be right to assume its most likely a wheel bearing? The previous owner said it had recently been done but only 3 months previous to me buying it. Surely it shouldn't be buggered already?

Secondly, i want spacers for the rear wheels, no idea where to start though. Any recommendations from people who have done it? Its a b5.5 estate.
