passat estate brakes

Though I have good 312mm brakes on my estate, I want to return to the set up I had on my a4, for aesthetic and practical reasons. The s4 brakes I had looked and worked superbly well. I know I will need alloy uprights, but which hubs and uprights will be a plug and play for the 345mm brakes? I intend to assemble and prepare the parts a la ct.p, along with all new arms etc. Does anyone have a definitive a4 a6 suitability list? I'll try to do a c.tp style thread if I can get it together.
