Replacement fob, key and responder not needed

Hi guys,
looking for some help, my wireless entry on my key is playing up, the key itself is fine and the immoboliser transponder is fine so I would like to keep those, my question is, can I get just the 3 button with circuit and reprogram that to get entry in to the car?
The car is a 2004 passat 1.9 TDI Sport
If yes, any pointers to the right one, would the par number be on the circuit itself?
