So my turbo has seized
Car is a 1.9TDi sport, pd130 originally, although i think at some point it has had a replacement engine.
It’s definitely had some mods done- FMIC, egr delete etc.
The garage has the old turbo off, and unfortunately the replacement (stock) turbo I have supplied them with, won’t fit the existing pipework etc without putting everything back to standard. So i think my best bet is to supply a replacement of whatever the current (dead) turbo is.
Here is the photo they’ve sent me of the ID plate- can anyone shed any light on what I’ve got and what I need a replacement of?
And while I’m here, does anyone need a stock turbo?
