Rear door speakers

Afternoon all
Could anyone tell me if I buy a replacement set of rear door speakers, (rear n/s one blown) would I need to change the tweeters to them also, do they wire in through the oe speakers, thinking of these ones, not sure if I will need adapter plates as well. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B075749M9G/ ... 6YFTA9G0TM
