1.9 AWX Discontinued fuel lines

Hi all,
2004 54 plate Passat Highline 130pd AWX
I spoke to VW today, and they say that 3B0 130 295 AA is out of stock...but...also discontinued with no replacement
I've looked on ebay / online, but can't find new ones anywhere. They come as one part and are two rubber fuel lines that that attach to the plastic bulkhead fuel in and return lines on the bulkhead. The rubber lines then go into the fuel filter.
Yes, I can get misc. fuel line from anywhere, but what's the internal diameter?
Mine are getting a little perished, so would ideally like to change them.
These are the two rubber lines I need, they come as one part joined together from the factory, but cannot find new ones for love nor money.....
