oil consumption

Has any one had the new b7 long enough to know if it uses oil like the b6, or if they are going to suffer from the sticky vanes in the turbo like the b6, reason am asking cos i loved the b6 but the amount of oil they use is not good on your wallet, and the turbo issue with the b6 and the superbs(skoda i know but same engine) is just sad, our cab firm has 6 skodas and 8 b6 passats all have had new turbos, because of sticky vanes causing limp mode, most got em done under warranty, but still off road for a couple of days each
