A/C problem

[2008tdihighline]

Hello

I have a 2008 2.0tdi highline but the Air con doesn't get cold. It's standard a/c I believe, the light comes on when I press for it but no cold air. There is a hissing noise too from the vents.

Also the two fans in the engine bay appear to not be running.

There is pressure in the system, although not sure if enough as only pressed the valve a few times to check it wasn't empty.
