Cigarette Lighter Not Working

Hello all,

I wonder if someone can help me.
My cigarette lighter in my 2006 2.0 TDi Passat Estate is not working.
I would like to use it for my sat nav.
I have looked up the manual, and there was no fuse in the position it stated (Right Fuse Box 35), I even put a fuse in the empty slot, and it still did not work.
On the internet I have read that the manual is incorrect, but do not know which fuse it is (assuming it is the fuse that has gone).
Any ideas?
