Is this a good price ?

Hi All,
Looking at a 2007 (07) TDI Sport Estate ( in Grey), the mileage is a little high at 27k, but I do like it. I do about 8.5k per annum so should even itself out, the car is up at £14990.00, does this sound a good price ?
I have yet to find out the exact spec, and if it has any options fitted,
what should i be looking out for ?
