OEM Bluetooth Moduel or FISCON Bluetooth Plus

I need some help on deciding which route to go down regarding Bluetooth for a RNS 510.
OEM Bluetooth Module
If i went down the OEM Bluetooth module route, will i need to locate the module under the passengers seat or could i put it somewhere else like above the glove box? And how is the OEM loom for the module ran through the car? Also does the OEM Bluetooth module have Bluetooth audio streaming? Will i need to source all the parts in the above image?

Now if i went down the FISCON Bluetooth route it would cost £300 but is fully integrated with phone and Bluetooth audio plus does all the things on the RNS 510 display and on the MFD. The module itself is smaller and can be placed behind the headunit and the microphone comes as a standard OEM fit in the roof light cluster.
Its a hard decision
